Thank you for putting into words what a lot of us feel on a daily basis. It’s already exhausting to go through it, educating or raising awareness when the gap is too deep doesn’t appeal much. Inclusion in its true form is a rarity rather than a quick slogan that companies like to make money on, claiming than they’ve already master it.
